Frequently Asked Questions about Aligners
How long does an aligner treatment take on average?
Most treatments take between 3 and 6 months, depending on your individual tooth position and desired outcome. More complex cases may take 12–24 months.
Do I really have to wear the aligners around the clock?
Yes. For optimal results, the trays should be worn all day. You only remove them for eating, drinking (except water), and oral hygiene — which results in an effective wear time of about 23 hours.
